Villa Giglio is a cosy Tuscan stone villa situated in a private spot on a hilltop, in between woodland and fields, approx. 1 km from the main road. Countryside near the village of Casale Marittimo, 15 minutes drive from the seaside and 1 h drive south from Pisa. 

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room, one double bedroom with bathroom. Access to covered external terrace with dining table for 10 guests. Kitchen is equipped with oven, gas stove, microvawe, fridge and freezer, dish washer, food processor, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry room. Satellite TV, Dvd player, stereo, air conditioning. 

First floor: Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, each with ensuite bathroom. 

External spaces: Large garden with full privacy and great views to surrounding woodland and fields. Covered dining area, BBQ, swimming pool 5 m x 10 m, depth 150 cm.
