From sheep shed to sumptuous suites
LUPAIA with 12 beautiful rooms and suites is a charming little boutique hotel, located on a hilltop, between Montepulciano and Torrita Di Siena. Rustic little countryhosue on the outside, a delicious luxury hotel on the inside, with light newly restored rooms and cosy common spaces with internal restaurant, sun set Spritz bar and beautiful gardens with swimming pool.
Lupaia was once a remote and rugged place, named for the wolves (lupi) that roamed the hilltop. In 1622 farmers settled and built the stone stables to keep their animals on the ground floor, while living above. The current owners, Heidi and Cristopher have restored the rustic country house into a charming little hotel in the heart of Tuscany.
